How do I keep track of the incidents that I have reported? |

- If you have a Ticket ID or know the subject of the incident, key it into the search field and click on the search button. Optionally, you can also use the status filter to refine your search results.
- Click on the Ticket ID /Subject hyperlink to view details of the ticket. If the ticket is open, you may add additional comments to it. If it is closed, you will not be able to edit the ticket.
- At the botton of every ticket reported, is an audit trail history (Activity Logs) that shows what actions have been taken on the incident ticket.
